A refrigerator breaking down a door and running away from its owner. A squishy red ball bouncing around town, bouncing into a home, and getting intimate in bed with a woman. A dozen men on the beach joining together to form a human robot. These are just a few of the very weird scenes you get to see in Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert's latest short masterpiece called Interesting Ball.
There's no real story to speak of aside from the implication that if the interesting red ball either touches you or comes near you, some weird stuff is going to happen to you and the people around you.
Making the short film even more surreal is the slow and dramatic music that accompanies the scenes. The kind of music that you'd expect from a Christopher Nolan or Terrence Malick picture.
The Daniels are also behind the viral music video for DJ Snake and Lil Jon's song Turn Down For What. For more of the dynamic duo's weird work, check them out on their official website here.
