According to a police report, at least four vehicles were involved in the accident - a Toyota Tamaraw FX, a Forward closed van, a Hyundai Tucson, and a Mitsubishi L300 van.
The driver of the delivery truck and two passengers died in the accident. The driver of the Tamaraw FX was injured.
