Let's just call him Boy as he seems to prefer being anonymous. While taking his own dog for a walk in his neighborhood in the Philippines, he would often come across stray dogs that are not only starving but are suffering from some sort of an illness in the skin. Long story short, he decided to do something about it. He started feeding the sick and starving dogs.
Here's one of the stray dogs enjoying a satisfying meal:

And here's the boy filling the plates for the dogs. Notice the four plates? There used to be four dogs to feed but one is missing today.

The dogs used to be wary of humans. But after feeding them for some time, the boy can now get close enough to touch them.
