HotCopy is a content writing service provider. You sign up as a writer, you pick the articles you want to write, and you get paid for your work. Anyone from around the world can become a writer in the site. Just make sure that you can write in English with minimal grammar issues. The sign-up process is simple. However, before you are able to accept job orders, you have to go through an application procedure that consists of two sections. One, you have to go through an on-the-spot sample writing test. Two, you have to upload your resume/portfolio or provide links to articles that you've written. How Revisions Work
A client can request a revision for the article you wrote if he isn't satisfied with it. He can request for two revisions. After the second revision, the client will have to decide whether he will accept or reject the article. You won't be paid for the revisions, either. I'm still a new writer in the site so I don't know what the job board looks like in the past. However, I've been writing on the site for more than two weeks now and there are always writing jobs available whenever I log in. And I log in everyday. One problem I see with HotCopy is that writers are allowed to take only three writing jobs at a time. When you finish writing the three articles, you can't do any more work unless these have been approved by the client. It usually takes one to five days for the articles to be approved.
