Present at the book launching were Franklin Drilon, Maria Ressa, Edgardo Angara, Antonio Carpio, and other public figures.
In his remarks at the event, the book's author Dalisay said the following:
“Thank you all for coming here today. We authors are usually the hero, the bida, at these book launches—with the notable exception of biographies, where we become merely the enablers and sharers of the more important story, which is the subject’s. Today that subject is one of the most fearless and remarkable women ever to serve in our judiciary, the retired Supreme Court Justice and Ombudsman Conchita Carpio Morales.”
