A Beggar in Baguio City at the Stairs Going Down from the Baguio Cathedral

This man asking for alms is almost a permanent fixture at the foot of the stairs of the "lagusan" from the Baguio Cathedral to General Luna St. in Baguio City. He often has a portable radio which he listens to to pass the time.
