In December of 2012, the award-winning actor Philip Seymour Hoffman and the philosopher Simon Critchley sat down for an evening of conversation at the Rubin Museum of Art as part of a series of on-stage conversations dubbed Happy Talk. The dialogue dealt with topics on happiness, love, and death. Hoffman died on February 2, 2014.
Now, Blank On Blank has taken one of the best parts of Hoffman's words in the conversation with Critchley and had it animated. The resulting short film is nothing short of excellent.
Here's the full conversation between Hoffman and Critchley if you have forty-five minutes to spare.
