About the City of Isabela
Isabela City is the capital of the province of Basilan in the Philippines. It was founded in 1848 and recognized as a cityhood in 2001. The city has 45 barangays. These are Timpul, Tampalan, Tabuk, Tabiawan, Sunrise Village, Sumagdang, Small Kapatagan, Seaside, Santa Cruz, Santa Barbara, San Rafael, Riverside, Port Area, Panunsulan, Panigayan, Menzi, Masula, Marketsite, Marang-marang, Maligue, Makiri, Lumbang, Lukbuton, Lanote, Lampinigan, La Piedad, Kumalarang, Kapayawan, Kaumpurnah Zone I, Kaumpurnah Zone II, Kaumpurnah Zone III, Kapatagan Grande, Dona Ramona T.
