Two Kangaroos Filmed Having A Wild And Dramatic Fight On A Suburban Street In Australia

Rodney Langham, a man living in a quiet suburban neighborhood in New South Wales, Australia is a very lucky man. At least, as far as marsupial mixed martial arts is concerned. You see, Mr. Langham is among the few who was able to witness a rather wild and dramatic fight between two gigantic kangaroos in his neighborhood. Kangaroos are everywhere in Australia but you don't often see them slugging it out with each other.

One sunny day, Mr. Langham was very surprised to see two kangaroos punching and kicking each other in front of his home in New South Wales. Fortunately for us, Mr. Langham decided to film the match and post it on YouTube so we can all watch and enjoy a lesser known side of the magnificent marsupials.

For most of us, our knowledge of kangaroos revolves around three things. One, they can only be seen in Australia. Two, they have pouches where they carry their babies. And three, they are good hoppers. With this video, we can add a fourth bit of knowledge about them - they can fight.

Kangaroos would engage each other in fights for a variety of reasons. It could be over a female kangaroo, over a drinking spot, or over a grazing area. Fights can last as short as a few seconds or as long as an hour.

Biker Narrowly Escapes Death In A Road Accident Involving A Delivery Truck And A Car

Not many people get to brag that they have escaped death, not only once, but twice. A man in Russia earned such bragging rights when he got involved in a road accident wherein he nearly got swept by an oncoming car and then a delivery truck. The two vehicles sustained great damage while the man escaped with only a few bruises.

The unidentified man was cycling through an intersection somewhere in Moscow, Russia when a speeding red car seemed to go straight at him. The car got clipped by a delivery truck that's coming from another lane. The two speeding vehicles were just a hair away from smashing into the cyclist.

The incident was captured on video by a roadway camera. It's difficult to see who could be at fault. The cyclist may be the least culpable as he was using the pedestrian lane (unless there's a law in Russia prohibiting such an action) and he was moving slowly. The delivery truck and the car seemed to be moving too fast given the fact that they were approaching an intersection, not to mention the pedestrian lane. Watch the full video of the accident below.
Netizens who have seen the video are quick to point out that the intersection seemed to be lacking in safety signs or personnel. For instance, how will the driver of the deliver truck know that there was an incoming car just around the corner with the absence of a traffic enforcer or at least a street sign to guide him? Still, that cyclist remains as one of the luckiest men to ever live. And he's got a great story in his pocket to carry to and tell in parties.

Fortunately, not one person was seriously hurt during the incident. Although the cyclist seemed to have ended up with a wrecked bicycle, he was alright. Shocked by how he narrowly escaped death, he sat on the pavement for a while before he stood up to check on the driver of the delivery truck which overturned just several feet away from him.

Caught On CCTV Camera: Woman Stealing A Charity Donation Can In SM Megamall

The bad news: a donation can placed on the counter of a store in Mandaluyong City was stolen by a thief. The good news: the thief was captured on video doing the criminal act. A CCTV camera installed within the store showed a woman in her 40s or 50s stealing the donation can.

The incident happened at a branch of Fax Parcel Print located inside SM Megamall. In the two-minute video, a woman carrying a shoulder bag and a gift bag entered the store. The woman immediately headed to the portion of the counter where the donation can was located. She then placed the gift bag she was carrying on top of the counter to conceal the can from other customers within the store. Moments later, using a brown jacket, the woman covered the can, grabbed it, and walked out of the store.

Kurt Perez who works at the store posted the video on Facebook. According to Perez, they reviewed the tape taken by their CCTV cameras when they found out that the donation can was missing. That's when they saw that it was stolen by a thief.

Placing donation boxes and cans inside stores in the Philippines is a common practice. Most of the donations collected from these cans and boxes are for charities like Gawad Kalinga and organizations like the Red Cross. It's saddening to think that some people are desperate enough to steal these donations for their own personal use.

Blind Man From Gensan With An Amazing Voice Sings And Covers Classic Pinoy Songs

Filipinos love music and we love belting out our favorite tunes as much as we love listening to them. Proof to this is the thousands of karaoke bars, kiosks, and music lounges that have sprouted all over the country. Night or day, storm signal one or three, in weddings and in funerals, a karaoke machine and a mic are never far off. There's always somebody out there belting out Aimee Torres' Pusong Bato.

Karaoke sessions are now ingrained in Filipino culture. Hell, the Philippines is even often referred to as the karaoke capital of the world. You can question the legitimacy or accuracy of such a tag but you can't take away the Filipino's enthusiasm for the microphone. Every now and then, we come across videos of Filipinos with their impressive pipes wowing crowds in streets, shopping malls, and on the stages of reality shows.

This brings us to Dodong, a blind man from General Santos City, who is currently charming people on Facebook with his great voice. Videos of him covering classic Filipino and foreign songs have already been shared thousands of times online.

From the looks of it, this is the beginning of something. That something can be three minutes worth of fame or it can be one with longevity. We are after all living in a country that's crazy for reality and noon time shows. So don't be surprised if a few days from now you see Dodong rocking out on the stage on national television. Here are two videos of Dodong singing awesome covers of two classic OPM tunes - Ibang-Iba Ka Na by Renz Verano and Bakit Kung Sino Pa by Lloyd Umali. The videos were originally uploaded by Pobreng Nilalang on Facebook.

Dodong also sang covers of foreign songs. Visit Pobreng Nilalang's page on Facebook to view the videos. Dodong's eyesight was described as "malabo". He wasn't born blind. He started losing his eyesight while growing up. According to a post on Facebook by his sister Marnilla Millan, Dodong has three other siblings who have the same eye condition.
