Watch What Happens If You Fly A Drone Through An Explosion Of Fireworks In The Night Sky

Everybody loves firework displays. They are beautiful and enjoyable to look at. However, they look even more amazing when you are right in the center of the fireworks. During a fireworks display at the closing ceremonies of the Sunfest Music Festival in West Palm Beach, Florida last May, videographer Jos Stiglingh came up with an idea. That is to fly a drone equipped with a video camera right into the middle of the fireworks. The footage he caught was nothing short of amazing.

Stiglingh mounted a GoPro Hero 3 Silver on a DJI Phantom 2 quadcopter drone. He then remote controlled it to fly over and into the fireworks. Here are a few screengrabs of the footage that the drone took. Watch the full video below.

Watch the beautiful display of fireworks as the drone flies near, above and through them. Just amazing.

Teenager Films A Train Crashing Into A Truck Filled With Watermelons

Austin Broderick and his father Dean Broderick were on their way home after a shopping trip to a Walmart branch in Florida when they came across a truck stuck on the train tracks. Moments later, a CSX train slammed into the truck's trailer which turned out to contain hundreds of watermelons.

No one was hurt during the incident. The driver of the truck was out of the vehicle when the train slammed into it. The train conductor saw the trailer from afar and was able to signal an emergency but the train wasn't stopped on time.

"It's like it was in slow-motion. You hear the train, then it's dead silence, and then wham! I've never seen anything like it. It was breathtaking." Dean Broderick told the Orlando Sentinel. The train was pulling 130 cars but 78 of these were empty.

College Student Acts As Human Chair For An Elderly Woman Stuck In An Elevator

Cesar Larios, a student of the Art Institute of Florida, has turned into an internet sensation after an act of kindness he bestowed upon an elderly woman stuck in an elevator.

Larios, who is also an employee of College Hunks, a hauling and moving company, was at an assisted living facility to do a moving job. While inside the building's elevator, it suddenly got stuck. An elderly woman in the elevator said that she could not stand for extended periods of time. So the 23-year-old Larios offered himself as a human chair for the elderly lady. He stayed that way for a full 30 minutes.

In an email to the GoodNewsNetwork, Nick Friedman (Larios' employer) said that "I thought this was a great example of old-fashioned service and helping your fellow neighbor." Larios' mother Olga Lourdes Ruiz Velasco also chimed in saying "He is my son, and I am so proud of him."
